Match Tea and Turmeric Honey

Matcha is a powder made from ground up green tea leaves. We blend it with ginger for all types of health benefits.Matcha contains a bountiful dose of Catechins and Polyphemols both which can help reduce cell damage and prevent chronic disease. It also contains L-theanine which is an amino acid that has been shown to reduce stress.  Ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory.

We also include a 2 oz jar of Turmeric Honey.
