Matcha-Raspberry Muffins
Matcha-Raspberry Muffins are loaded in antioxidants and vitamins. These muffins are low in sugar but full of flavor and fiber. Raspberries help sharpen the brain, great for a grab and go breakfast. Made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives. Will stay fresh in an air tight container on the counter for a couple of days or will freeze well. We put individual muffins in Saran Wrap and aluminum foil and take out when we are ready to warm them up..

Ingrediants
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 large very ripe Bananas
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Matcha Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract(which we make)
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 heaping cup of Raspberries either fresh or frozen works
