This is how I Align and Transform when using it in the text of God, Bible, and Healing.
To align yourself man or women with God is not an action it is a way of life. God has a plan for all of us. Many struggle thru life one way or the other, but if one is aligned with Gods plan, then you will find all the pieces fall into place without failure, Here is how I see it. God gave us the Bible, basic instructions on how to live. First you must READ it.
Alignments to live how God created us to live, to eat properly, sleep properly to watch our bodies closely and how we treat it.
God says our body is our temple. First, you must love God, then you must love yourself and part of that is taking care of your temple, the body.
Through spiritual discipline, one can keep their body as God intended so you can do the work he intended. If you have never taken care of your temple, Pilates and Yoga is a good way to combine spiritual discipline with the body and transform yourself into what you were always intended to be. It requires help a lot of times, which as an instructor you can lead and guide your class thru.

2019 Changes
In this New Year, we here at BFF are taking the next step in our journey. We have not been the best at explaining what we are doing or where we are going. In a nutshell, Health Awareness is our goal, in the past, we have been focused on the monetary of how to sustain and grow on the Farm. We are trusting that God has us and we are to focus on telling people what he has shown us. Here are some of the important ideas to catch up on:
1. Body functioning properly has the ability to heal itself.
2. Internal organs control our everyday life thru:
- Sugar Levels
- Energy Levels
- The amount of Toxins in our bodies
- Pain
- Skin and Hair
- Vision, Hearing, Taste
Basically, our organs control our quality of life and how long we live.
Like many of us when we were younger, we did not pay much attention to our Health. Only when we have a problem do we begin to question why. Some common ailments are: High Blood Pressure, Heart Issues, General Pain thru the body and joints, Diabetes even the beginning stages of Cancer can all be possibly reversed or stopped in its tracks.
Last Year we focused on Herbs and Teas. We have deepened our understanding and knowledge of how these two powerful components can make a difference in our lives. It was a long learning process of which we still continue. We have had some success, many failures and a lot of research. Our research and studies include:

We are working at cleansing our bodies and organs thru a series of steps, starting out very simple and over the month become more and more in depth with what we have found.
We will use our Tea and Herbs to cleanse out our bodies and organs along with eating habits to assist in flushing out the toxins. Once our organs have been flushed out, we will begin in assisting them to work as well as they can and bring our bodies to a healthy state of being. This will support our natural ability to heal given to us by GOD, not by man.
Our 12 week Tea and Herb program runs like this:
Each week you will receive a herbal tisane in a ½ gallon mason jar that encourages the Liver, Kidneys and internal organs to excrete toxins. There will also be a ½ gallon of flushing Tea to assist in the excrement of the toxins. We will include a sample of a product that we make that assists in keeping the body healthy. An example would be Turmeric Honey. Each week all three products will be different and we will post on our website the benefits of the 3 products, along with health tips and recipes for the week.
We will deliver within a 30-mile radius of Sullivan or you can set an appointment to pick up at the farm.
The tisane and the flushing tea will already be brewed, if you live outside of the 30 miles and would like us to mail you the dry ingredients, we will include brewing directions.
You do not have to commit to the full 12 weeks. The program is $10/week and you can cancel anytime.

Detox vs. Cleanse
The Purpose of Detoxing:
When you detox, the goal is to get toxins like cigarette residue, heavy metals, chemicals, or environmental toxins out the body via waste elimination. Secondly, it’s important to improve the body’s detoxification pathways, specifically the liver and the kidneys. Those organs are always detoxing, so a “detox” is a way to make sure those organs are functioning without problems. A detox also involves a dietary change.
Think about resting, cleansing and nourishing the body from the inside out. By removing and eliminating toxins, then feeding your body with healthy nutrients, your body will be more capable to protect you from disease.
Your body wants to be healthy, but you cannot keep putting unhealthly substances into it and expect you Liver and Kidneys to function at their optimal capacity.
The Purpose of Cleansing:
The primary purpose of a cleanse is to remove undigested food, toxins, old fecal matter, and parasites from the digestive tract and colon. The goal is to focus on foods that aid the cleansing process, yet supply the body with tons of nutrients as well.
According to medical experts, detoxification is the body’s process of turning toxins into waste. Cleansing helps to enhance the body’s detoxification system by eliminating toxic waste from the digestive tract.
Signs That Indicate You May Need To Cleanse:
- Frequent Headaches

- Anxiety or Depression

There are many ways these can be achieved. They way we are working thru these is by bringing our bodies to an Alkaline State.
This is not a diet, it is to help you form new eating habits that support your body and help you stay healthy.
By incorporating fluids, fiber, and phytonutrients from fruits and vegetables you can go a long way in terms of supporting your wellness and your body’s natural systems.
We encourage you to gradually increase your movements. Unplug and go for a walk, connect with nature, look and listen to your surroundings. Start your mornings with gentle stretches and take time thru-out the day to be mindful. Read the Bible, practice meditation for focus and reducing Stress. This does not have to take hours, take 5 or 10 minutes at a time to concentrate on you.
